1600 Pacific Building

The 1600 Pacific Bldg. has a 4-story base 92 ft high that is mostly a banking facility, the tower rises above the base 29-stories. The tower's long sides facing north and south are encased in glare-resistant glass accented by narrow strips of aluminum molding. The west and east narrow sides are marble and brick. The tower's base at street level has entry ways at Elm and Pacific streets, allowing a passage way for pedestrians. This is like a pedestrian mall which includes a fountain with running water.
