The 33-story 2100 Ross Avenue formerly San Jacinto Tower is located at the Arts District section of downtown, Ross Ave and Pearl St. The vertical rectangular stack-style design is well known and is found in other cities such as Atlanta, San Francisco and some international cities. The tower's lobby features a 25-foot ceiling with the flooring and walls of polished napoleon red granite. The tower is going under a remodel of the base area from the Ross Avenue side that will feature the main entry to the building. The tower is connected by a skywalk-bridge to Chase Tower, allowing a convenient short walk by tenants and visitors to the numerous restaurants, retail shops and hotels.
