The Tower Cityplace Center

Architect: Araldo Cossuta

This is the tallest building outside the central business district of Dallas at 42 stories 560-ft. The original proposal included a dual-tower office complex (east & west towers) with a connecting sky-bridge over North Central Expressway, but only the East tower was built.   Since the West tower was not built a new mixed-use development on the West side of North Central Expressway from Cityplace Center is now taking shape called West Village that includes office, retail and high-rise residential.

Cityplace Subway Station is located ten stories underground along the three mile subway tunnel, Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) rail line.
