The 37-story One AT&T Plaza formerly One SBC Plaza is the administrative tower for AT&T Communications in Texas. The tower is finished with stone-faced panels and reflective glass. The tower is part of a four building complex, which includes Two, Three and Four AT&T Plaza.

At the central area of the complex South Akard St. was closed to vehicular traffic between Commerce St. and Jackson St. to make way for Bell Plaza, a park-like plaza. Bell Plaza includes the brick paved Akard St. Pedestrian Mall, water fountains, walkways lined with trees and plenty of seating areas. It has certainly become a major attraction for Dallas citizens and visitors.
